Fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) may be factory-bonded to the painted steel skins of Zer-O-Loc EPS insulated panels, offering increased scratch and dent resistance. FRP also protects panels from the frequent rigorous cleaning that is required in maintaining a sanitary environment. Typical height of Zer-O-Loc factory laminated FRP ranges from a recommended minimum of 4 feet high from floor or curb to the full height of the panel. For rooms subject to extreme wash-down, FRP may be applied to the full length of wall and ceiling panels.
