Urban Strategies leads team for Princeton University’s new campus plan
Toronto-based consulting firm Urban Strategies will lead an international multidisciplinary team to assist in the preparation of the next Campus Framework Plan for Princeton University. The plan will identify options for campus development and growth over a 10-year period beginning in 2016, in the context of longer-term planning over a 30-year time horizon. Development of the plan will be closely coordinated with a strategic planning process that the University is conducting, ensuring that the campus plan is aligned with the institution’s mission and priorities.
Project partner-in-charge Warren Price states, “I am delighted to have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the next campus plan. Working with such an exceptional team is an honour.”
Project co-lead Cyndi Rottenberg-Walker said, “This is an incredible opportunity to work with all those who cherish the campus in defining and shaping its continued evolution, recognizing there will be choices in terms of where and how future growth will be most appropriately accommodated in the coming decades.”
