How can Toronto’s natural green spaces be incorporated in our ongoing city building? How do you marry density with nature? ULI Toronto and TAS invite you to an outdoor movie screening of ‘Accidental Parkland’; a new documentary by Dan Berman that looks at the successes and shortcomings of how we engage and utilize Toronto’s urban waterways, parks and ravine systems. 
Showcasing the many beautiful landscapes of Toronto, the film will be screened in a parking lot — located at 3100 Keele Street — set to become a new public park connecting Downsview Park and a forested ravine. Following the movie, an expert panel moderated by Jane Farrow, an author, editor and former CBC broadcaster will moderate the discussion that will address key ideas from the film and discuss what city builders and residents can do to better integrate new developments with green spaces.
