The Toronto Community Housing Corporation has a 12-year building and environmental strategy to replace the deteriorating buildings and poorly planned public spaces and facilities. It calls for a leading edge mixed income/mixed tenure community that will emphasize excellence in architectural, urban, and environmentally sustainable design ideas.
