Neighbourhood walks in Toronto’s West End on Sundays this summer
Architectural/social historian Alec Keefer will lead a series of five walks of Parkdale, High Park and Liberty areas this summer. All walks start at 1:00pm and last approximately 2 hours. The cost is $10.00 per walk or all five for $35.00. The series rate is only available through pre-registration. All proceeds support Parkdale Community Information Centre, a United Way Member Agency.
The dates of the walks are as follows:
July 17: Canadian National Exhibition Grounds. Meet at 1:00pm at Dufferin and Springhurst.
August 7: Living South of King. Meet at 1:00pm at Dunn and King.
August 21: You’re at Liberty. Meet at 1:00pm at King and Dufferin.
September 11: High Park Boulevard. Meet at Roncesvalles and High Park.
September 18: Queen Street West. Meet at 1:00pm at Dovercourt and Queen.
