In the wake of a succession strategy launched two years ago, Ædifica has announced Michel Lauzon’s appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer.
“I’m very excited to announce Michel Lauzon’s appointment as our new president,” said Michel Dubuc, founder and outgoing president. “Michel will bring the leadership and creative talent needed to seize growth opportunities in a world that’s increasingly aware of design’s added value. His vision aligns perfectly with the values upon which the company was founded in 1985, namely boldness, creativity and social responsibility.”
This transition is a key milestone of the succession plan developed by Ædifica. “Michel’s track record is impressive: he was the founder and President of the start-up firm NOMADE, had an influential stint at Lemay and accrued international experience, all of which have made him ready to take the helm at Ædifica,” said Michel Dubuc.
Ædifica, its teams and its clients will continue to benefit from Michel Dubuc’s experience and creative vision through his contributions as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Strategic Advisor.
