Lise Trottier delivers Garden City lecture in Montreal

On Tuesday, April 5, artist and architect Lise Trottier delivers the first lecture in the 2005 Atwater Library Lecture Series. The lecture begins at 7:00 pm in the Auditorium of the Atwater Library and Computer Centre at 1200 Atwater Avenue, Montreal, Quebec.

In her lecture and slide presentation, Ms. Trottier will speak about Ebenezer Howard’s 19th-century vision of the Garden City and its application to the design of new cities worldwide. Ms. Trottier was interviewed recently about her vision of architecture and the importance of Ebenezer Howard and the Garden City Movement.
