Now & Then: The Philip Street Generation
This exhibition of Canadian architecture takes place from September 22-November 6, 2005 at the Cambridge Galleries’ Design at Riverside in Cambridge, Ontario, located at 7 Melville Street South.
Between 1978 and 1982, the Philip Street studio at the University of Waterloo School of Architecture produced some of the most accomplished architects working in Canada today. This exhibition and video examine how their formative years influenced their most recent work. Architectural firms featured include: architectsAlliance, Kohn Shnier Architects, MacLennan Jaunkalns Miller Architects, Natale and Scott Architects, Shim-Sutcliffe Architects and Teeple Architects Inc.
