Free registration now open for IIDEXCanada
FREE registration is now open for design professionals at IIDEXCanada, which returns to its roots at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre from December 3-4, 2014.
New York-based architect Daniel Libeskind will discuss his latest work and what inspires him as a creative professional. An international figure in architecture and urban design, Libeskind is known for his ability to evoke cultural memory. His studio has completed buildings that range from museums and concert halls to convention centres, university buildings, hotels, shopping centers and residential towers.
David Rockwell, also based in New York, heads Rockwell Group, a multidisciplinary architecture and design practice with projects in hospitality, lighting, retail, health care, education, institutional, entertainment, interactive and theatre. David’s numerous honours include the 2008 National Design Award by the Smithsonian’s Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum and three Tony Award nominations.
Celebrating its 30th anniversary, IIDEXCanada is Canada’s National Design and Architecture Exposition & Conference. The event brings together the multidisciplinary design and architecture communities for a sourcing, networking and education event that celebrates creativity and best practices.
