About Building Equality in Architecture Toronto (BEAT)
We are thrilled to announce that Building Equality in Architecture Toronto (BEAT) has been on the map for 6 months, offering exciting programming and uniting the community. We exist because the profession of architecture here in our community is not currently a place of equal representation or opportunity for women and we want to change that.
We are planning events to promote the advancement of women in the profession, provide mentorship, networking and leadership opportunities. Our events are open to all genders in the profession because we believe that men and women can mentor each other alike.
