Rebuildable City panel discussion

April 04, 2019
1 Sir Winston Churchill Square, Edmonton, Alberta

If ongoing change is the natural order of things, and this pace of change is intensifying, how can and will cities plan for greater adaptability? As our cities grow, how will new and diverse populations be supported, accommodated and nurtured?

On Thursday, April 4, the City of Edmonton is presenting a panel discussion exploring these questions. The panelists include the jurors visiting Edmonton to adjudicate the ‘Missing Middle’ Infill Design Competition:

  • Talbot Sweetapple, Architect (Halifax, NS)
  • Alex Bozikovic, Architectural Critic (Toronto, ON)
  • Hazel Borys, Planner (Winnipeg, MB)
  • Renée Daoust, Architect (Montreal, QC)
  • Gene Dub, Architect (Edmonton, AB)

The discussion will be moderated by Councillor Scott McKeen.

Tickets are free, and can be reserved here.
