Dinner by Design supports Casey House and Design Exchange

Monogram® Dinner by Design Presented by Caesarstone, returns to Toronto January 19-24. This fundraiser and exhibit will showcase Toronto’s top interior designers, architects, and decorators in a six-day celebration of cutting-edge design, mouth-watering food and innovative design discussion.
Extraordinary local and international designers have been tasked to curate a three-dimensional dining exhibit to showcase their style, taste and personality. Transforming Design Exchange’s historic Trading Floor, Monogram Dinner by Design Presented by Caesarstone offers guests the opportunity to immerse themselves and dine intimately inside the extraordinary pavilions truly a fusion of food and design experience like no other.
Guests to the exhibition will be immersed in 11 original dining installations ranging in style from sophisticated to futuristic, and modern to classic. This year, participating designers include Moriyama & Teshima Architects, co-architects of the Aga Khan Museum’s Ismaili Centre; Design Agency, the driving force behind Europe’s Generator hostels; GENSLER, a multinational design and architecture firm; architectsAlliance, the firm behind Toronto’s Four Seasons Hotel; and Bortolotto, the firm behind the upcoming OCADU Rosalie Sharp Pavilion.
What’s more, Vitra, the Swiss furniture brand and Dinner by Design major sponsor, will imagine the Casey House and Design Exchange dining space. With a designer roster that includes global stars Jasper Morrison, Jay Osgerby and Edward Barber, and Hella Jongerius, this will be a modern, original and outstanding installation.

Bill Osborne, Chef de Cuisine of America Restaurant and a second renowned chef soon to be announced will be at the helm of the kitchen this year; mixing up a dynamite multi-course dining experience for 150 VIP diners at Dinner by Design on January 20 2016.
