The Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) Canada Chapter hosts this event—a breakfast meeting and panel discussion to be held from 8:00am to 10:00am at the University of Toronto Faculty Club, located at 41 Willcocks Street in Toronto.
Is there an enhanced profit return on really great high-rise building design?
Following an orientation explaining the definitions of iconic building design and brand as well as local and global examples of iconic buildings, Kent Gardner, CEO of Evans Randall and owner of the famed “Gherkin” building (30 St Mary Axe) in London will explain (via pre-recorded video) the acquisition, brand and financial performance of one of the most iconic skyscrapers of the past two decades.
