Running from November 5-27, 2014, this exhibition at the Kasian Gallery at the University of Calgary’s Faculty of Environmental Design features the work of Kasian Architecture Interior Design and Planning. A presentation by firm principal Bill Chomik takes place at 3:30pm on Wednesday, November 5, 2014, prior to the exhibition’s opening reception, which runs from 4:00pm to 6:00pm.
A secondary exhibition takes place in the gallery’s small space: A Virus from Outer Space, featuring the work of Griffin Poetry Prize-winning author and artist Christian Bök, who delivers his presentation at 3:00pm on Wednesday, November 5, 2014.
Sponsored by Kasian Architecture Interior Design and Planning Ltd, the Kasian Gallery is the main social gathering space for Environmental Design. The gallery plays an essential role in the life of our faculty – providing valuable space for our students, faculty members and professionals to display their research and work. The Kasian Gallery serves a vital function of demonstration and inspiration for design. The Kasian Gallery is located just outside of EVDS reception in Room PF 2145, and is easily accessed by the University community.
