Daniel Libeskind and David Rockwell announced as keynotes for IIDEX Canada

IIDEXCanada takes place in Toronto this year from December 3-4, 2014 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. New York-based architect Daniel Libeskind will discuss his latest work and what inspires him as a creative professional. An international figure in architecture and urban design, Libeskind is known for his ability to evoke cultural memory. His studio has completed buildings that range from museums and concert halls to convention centers, university buildings, hotels, shopping centers and residential towers.

David Rockwell, also based in New York, heads Rockwell Group, a multidisciplinary architecture and design practice with projects in hospitality, lighting, retail, health care, education, institutional, entertainment, interactive and theatre. David’s numerous honours include the 2008 National Design Award by the Smithsonian’s Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum and three Tony Award nominations.
