Vlad Stritesky, President of Trow Associates Inc. (Trow), a multi-disciplinary Canadian firm of engineers and consultants headquartered in Brampton Ontario, and Chris Andrews, President of Carruthers & Wallace, a Structural Engineering Design firm in Toronto, Ontario have announced an agreement on the coming together of these two Canadian-owned firms. Details of this transaction have not been released.
This acquisition is the natural progression of a long period of collaboration between the two firms in the fields of structural design, facade engineering, and forensic engineering servicing clients within Ontario, across Canada and internationally. The combined expertise of the firms will enhance the creative design process for both current & future clients.
The primary focus of Carruthers & Wallace will remain with the provision of structural engineering services for building structures. Carruthers & Wallace will continue to operate under its current name within the Trow Group of Companies.
