Held on November 22-23, 2004 in Toronto, the 12th annual Conference on Public-Private Partnerships is now sold out. However, the Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships will reveal the results of a new survey of Canadians’ attitudes towards the infrastructure deficit and the concept of public-private partnerships. The conference will also examine the significant strides forward on public-private partnerships as they develop and mature in this country. Conference topics include: the urgency of addressing Canada’s infrastructure crisis, PPP on track in British Columbia, and strengthening Quebec’s municipal infrastructure.
The Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships (CCPPP) is a national non-partisan, non-profit organization founded on the belief that the capacity of government to meet its current and future infrastructure and service obligations can be enhanced through public-private partnerships. Established in 1993, the Council is supported by over 240 member organizations from both the public and the private sectors in almost equal numbers.
