Barry Sampson: Teaching + Practice Book Talk

Book launch on Tuesday, October 26 honours the late Barry Sampson.

A book honouring the life and work of the late former professor of architecture at the University of Toronto and notable architect, Barry Sampson, is launching on October 26, 2021.

Barry Sampson Teaching + Practice is an initiative by colleagues of Sampson documenting his significant contribution to architectural practice and the education of architects. The publication addresses fundamental questions of practice posed by Sampson, documents three key architectural projects and highlights his diverse roles in architecture: teacher, practitioner, mentor, advocate, builder, client and environmentalist.
