Vancouver Public Library presents “Public Space Forum”

This fall, the Vancouver Public Library’s Speak Up series explores privatization and public spaces. The ways public services are defined and delivered in an ongoing controversy with important policy implication concerns. Are services more effectively and efficiently delivered is an ongoing controversy with important policy implication concerns. Are services more effectively and efficiently delivered by the private sector? By the government? By a non-profit third party?

Join panellists Bruce Haden, Bing Thom and Andrew Pask on Tuesday, November 14 at the Central branch and Wednesday, November 22 at the Hastings branch. Both sessions begin at 7:30pm.
