Twenty + Change Call for Projects

December 6, 2008
by Canadian Architect

Twenty + Change is an ongoing exhibition series dedicated to profiling emerging designers working in architecture, landscape and urban design. The first edition of Twenty + Change in 2007 showcased the work of Toronto’s emerging design practices. Based on the success of and interest in the first exhibition, the second edition of Twenty + Change is going national, with a Canada-wide call for projects.

Twenty + Change seeks to provide a public forum for young designers who have yet to receive widespread public and media attention for their speculative or completed work.  The coordination committee of Twenty + Change would like to extend an invitation to emerging Canadian design practices to submit projects to be considered for inclusion in the exhibition. The exhibition will open in Toronto on June 3, 2009 and is scheduled to travel across Canada. All projects selected for the exhibition will also be included in an exhibition catalogue for the opening of the 2009 Twenty + Change.

Deadline for submissions is 5:00 pm on Friday, January 16, 2009.

Questions should be sent to info@twentyandchange.org no later than Friday, January 2, 2009. Responses to all inquiries will be sent in a single e-mail on Monday, January 5, 2009 and posted on the Twenty + Change website.

For further information and for submission requirements, please visit www.twentyandchange.org.
