Twenty and Change

May 12, 2009
by Canadian Architect

Twenty + Change is a biennial exhibition series dedicated to profiling emerging designers working in architecture, landscape and urban design who have yet to receive widespread public and media attention for their speculative or completed work. Canada has a rich community of young designers who are redefining the limits of their discipline, setting a new agenda for our social and physical environment. Working in a wide range of scales, and across diverse interests, the collection of works rethinks ideas of materiality, domesticity, public space, landscape, and infrastructure.

The public opening takes place on Thursday, June 11, from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at the Gladstone Hotel, located at 1214 Queen Street West in Toronto. The exhibition hours are 12:00pm to 5:00pm daily, from June 3 to July 5, 2009. Admission is free.
