The Sheridan Furniture Show runs from April 14-20 at Fluid Living in the Distillery District, located in Building 8 at 55 Mill Street in Toronto. The show features a wide variety of furniture pieces and prototypes that illustrate the abilities of the students as designers, thinkers and makers.
The Craft and Design Program at Sheridan College is renowned as Canada’s leading program in craft and design education. This year, the program showcased work from all four studios (textiles, glass, furniture and ceramics) at Toronto’s Interior Design Show and was the gold medal winner for “Best Small Booth Design in Show”.
The School of Crafts and Design Textile Studio and Glass Studio will also be launching new work by students on the evening of April 14 in the Distillery District at the Real Time Gallery and the Sandra Ainsley Gallery.
