Join the Design Exchange in Toronto on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 for a rapid-fire presentation on the fusion of food and design featuring some of Toronto’s most celebrated chefs, designers and restaurateurs. Hear about unique menus, bespoke restaurant interiors and experiences and inspirations from the kitchen and beyond. Speakers include: Jen Agg, owner of The Black Hoof, Rhum Corner and Cocktail Bar; Tyler Shedden, chef de cuisine at Café Boulud; Alessandro Munge, founding partner at Munge Leung; Rob Bragagnolo, executive chef at Marben; Anwar Mekhayech, partner at DesignAgency; Sara Parisotto, partner at Commute Design; Chad Roberts, founder of Chad Roberts Design; Irwin Adam Eydelnant, principal at i & j ideations; and more.
This is a companion event to the TAPAS: Spanish Design For Food exhibition on now at the Design Exchange. Experience the relationship between food and design through this rich overview of Spain’s innovative design solutions and contributions to the world of food.
