This panel discussion takes place on Friday, May 18, 2012 at the Design Exchange (DX) in Toronto, and brings together four renowned Canadian photographers, whose works comment on the built environment and urban landscape, for a discussion about their practice and unique perspectives on photography and design.
Panelists will be given the opportunity to present on their individual practice, and a moderated discussion will follow. The main theme will revolve around how photography as a medium has allowed us to engage with design from the perspective of the built environment and our interaction with it.
The panelists include Michael Awad, Peter MacCallum, Marc Cramer and Nic Lehoux, and the discussion will be moderated by Ben Rahn.
Doors open at 6:00pm, and the panel begins at 6:30pm in the Patty Watt Room of the Design Exchange, located at 234 Bay Street. The cost is $10, and free for DX members.
