Last chance to submit a nomination to Canada’s Top Ten Endangered Places List

March 7, 2015
by Canadian Architect

The deadline to submit a nomination to the National Trust for Canada’s Top Ten Endangered Places List is looming!

There are many threatened historic places across the country that help tell the story of who we are and where we came from. But we need your help to find them. Since the first list in 2005, the National Trust has been bringing attention to sites at risk due to neglect, lack of funding, inappropriate development and weak legislation. It has become a powerful tool in the fight to make landmarks, not landfill.

If you know a site that matters in your community, this is your chance to help raise awareness about its plight. Nominations must be received by Friday, March 13, 2015. The 2015 list will be announced in May.
