The International Union of Architects Golden Cubes Awards celebrate people who help children and youth shape their world. The Awards recognize, encourage and support individuals and organizations that foster an understanding of how responsible architecture and associated industries determine our social, economic and ecological sustainability through the built environment.
If your activities, events or products foster built environment awareness and practical knowledge with children and youth in Canada, you are invited to enter the 2013/2014 UIA Golden Cubes Awards nomination process.
Enter the Canada nominations process to become eligible for the International Awards in one of four categories—Schools, Institutions, Written Media, or Audio-visual Media. Download and complete the application package at http://uia-architecture-children.bak.de/awards-en.html or at http://uia-architecture-children.bak.de/awards-fr.html.
Mail the completed application package to the Canada Nominations Organizer, ensuring that it is received no later than Friday, February 21, 2014 to: Dorinda Bixler, Canada National Organizer, UIA Architecture & Children Golden Cubes Awards 2013/2014, Box 72029, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, V6R 4P2.
