Do Photo

by Canadian Architect

Taking place from May 1-31, 2013 at over 50 storefront windows along Dundas Street West between Bathurst and Grace Streets in Toronto, the inaugural Do Photo exhibition embraces the theme of nostalgia. The images collectively portray a unique story of the changing nature of the street through its built environment as well as individuals past and present, who have contributed to that story.

The photographs culled from neighborhood businesses and the City of Toronto Archives celebrate  the quirky, diverse, and ad hoc character of Dundas Street West. You are invited to Do Photo – all month long, at any hour.

A free public opening reception takes place on Saturday May 4, 2013 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at various venues along Dundas Street West.

Do Photo is presented by Do West – The Trinity Bellwoods BIA.
