by Canadian Architect

Taking place from January 22 to January 25, 2015, this  free, four-day exhibit showcases the work of 39 designers in 24 venues along Dundas Street West (Bathurst to Grace) in Toronto. The public opening reception takes place from 3:00pm to 6:00pm on Sunday, January 25, 2015 in various venues along the strip.

Providing something new every year, Do Design steps into its fifth year with a special exhibit, In-Context, a video series on Canadian contemporary architecture by Andrea Lacalamita and Raja Moussaoui. Playing in seven venues along the street, each video documents a project making a profound impact on its local surroundings and our shared environment.

The 2015 event introduces number of new designs and the group show Untraditional at MADE.

Do Design also offers a free walking tour on Sunday, January 25th which departs from Caldense Bakery at 2:00pm. The guided tour shares highlights of the event and insights into the works, some conversation with a few of the participants as well as a view on the neighbourhood. To join the tour, please arrive 10 minutes early and dress for the weather. There will be some indoor stops with refreshment for warmups.

For a self-guided tour of Do Design or for further information on participating designers and venues, pick up a guide from any of the participating venues listed at
