Construction Law Primers: A One-Day Conference on Construction Contracts

On Thursday, March 3, 2005, this event takes place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel located at 1250 Eglinton Avenue East in Toronto. The conference will be moderated by Paul Sandori of Revay and Associates Ltd. and speakers include Michael MacKay, Barrister and Solicitor and William Pigott of Miller Thomson LLP.

Subjects for discussion include: The Essential Elements of a Contract; Request for Proposals, The Unwritten Contract; Contractual Issues to Consider in Advance; In Canada We Can Have Two Contracts; How to Read a Contract; The Critical Provisions Necessary in Any Construction Contract; Remedies for Breach.
