Carleton University Forum Lecture Series full schedule

The Forum Lecture Series was established in 1968 to bring local, national and international architects to Ottawa to educate students, faculty and the general public about the profession and the impact that architecture has on design. Unique in Ottawa, the annual lectures take place in the auditorium at the National Gallery and in the Azrieli School of Architecture and Urbanism.

 

As in previous years, Carleton University has scheduled an impressive list of speakers to take the podium this upcoming fall and winter in Ottawa.

* Josep Acebillo of Barcelona, chief architect for the City of Barcelona lectures at 6:00pm on Thursday, October 8, 2009 at the Ottawa Little Theatre.

 

* Tim and Pat Murray of Murray & Murray Architects in Ottawa lecture at 6:00pm on Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at the National Gallery of Canada.

 

 * Jack Diamond of Diamond + Schmitt Architects in Toronto lectures at 6:00pm on Wednesday,  February 3, 2010 at the National Gallery of Canada.

 

 * Peter Buchanan of CEI Architecture Planning Interiors in Vancouver lectures at 6:00pm on Monday, March 1, 2010 at teh National Gallery of Canada.

 

* Marion Weiss of Weiss/Manfredi in New York City lectures at 6:00pm on Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at the National Gallery of Canada.
