Call for Nominations: UBC Margolese National Design for Living Prize

The University of British Columbia Faculty of Applied Science has announced the inaugural call for nominations for the UBC Margolese National Design for Living Prize.


The $50,000 prize will be awarded annually to a Canadian who has made outstanding contributions to the development or improvement of living environments for Canadians from all economic classes.


You are invited to nominate your most distinguished and accomplished colleagues. This year¹s nomination deadline is October 22, 2010.


The Faculty of Applied Science is confirming a prestigious committee of nationally and internationally recognized experts from academia and the design profession who will assist in selecting the first recipient of the UBC Margolese National Design for Living Prize, to be announced early in 2011.
