Bing Thom to deliver Margolese Toronto Lecture

All are welcome to attend a special presentation of the UBC Margolese National Design for Living Prize Lecture which will feature a keynote by 2013 winner, Bing Thom (BArch ’66 LLD ’08).The award, valued at $50,000, recognizes a Canadian citizen who has made outstanding contributions to the development or improvement of living environments for Canadians of all economic classes. 

Thom’s presentation will take place on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at 6:30pm at the Design Exchange in Toronto. A reception will follow at 7:30pm. The Design Exchange is located at 234 Bay Street in Toronto.
