Taking place at the Direct Energy Centre at Exhibition Place in Toronto from Thursday, November 28 to Sunday, December 8, 2013, the One of a Kind Show & Sale is the largest consumer craft show in North America, with over 5 million people having shopped at the show since its inception. Everything sold at the show is made by hand in North America by Canadian and/or American artisans, and the blockbuster Christmas Show features handmade designs by over 800 artists, makers, designers and craftspeople working in various media such as glass, ceramics, textiles and wood. By shopping at the One of a Kind Show & Sale, you will be supporting local artisans while giving back: a portion of sales will be donated to the Red Door Shelter and to charities across Canada.
Displays and special features include fashion shows, the One of a Kind Christmas Across Canada Competition, One of a Kind Hall of Fame, and One of a Kind Neighbourhoods focusing on flavours, fashion, art, rising stars and handmade goods with a green sustainable focus.
Show hours are Monday to Saturday from 10:00am to 9:00pm, and Sundays 10:00am to 6:00pm.
Online ticket prices are as follows: $12 for adults; $7 for seniors (65+) and youth (13-17); and free for children 12 & under. Tickets purchased at the show are $14 for adults, $7 for seniors (65+) and youth (13-17); and free for children 12 & under.
