To celebrate 100 years of architecture in British Columbia, the Architecture Foundation of British Columbia is proud to announce the 100 Best Buildings contest. They invite all BC residents to nominate their favourite building in which to live, work or play. The nominations can be any structure or building in British Columbia that you love best, for whatever reason.
Those interested in making nominations are required to complete the online registration form at www.architecturefoundationbc.ca/best-buildings-contest/. You must describe the building, its location, and why you think this building deserves to be in the top 100 Best Buildings.
The “winning” nomination will receive a plaque, which will be given to the building owner. The “winning” nominator is to be included/referenced in the recognition of the winning building.
June 30, 2014 is the deadline for nomination submissions, and the announcement of winners will be made in October 2014.
