Terri Meyer Boake BES, B.Arch, M.Arch, LEED AP is a Professor at the University of Waterloo School of Architecture, and works with the Canadian Institute of Steel Construction, through the Steel Structures Education Foundation, to develop interactive multimedia case studies to promote the teaching of steel construction across Canada. She is presently completing two web resources on steel construction for SSEF that look at applications of steel in architecture. She has written the “CISC Guide for Architecturally Exposed Structural Steel” and has modified the same for the Australasia market and has recently completed a tour of New Zealand and Australia to explain the AESS specification system.
This continuing education session takes place in two cities: Halifax at the Delta Barrington on April 30, 2013, followed by Fredericton at the Delta Fredericton on May 1, 2013. Registration takes place at 8:00am, followed by morning and afternoon sessions. Coffee breaks and lunch provided.
