All-star program at UBC’s Architects on Campus lecture series

Beginning Monday, January 10, the University of British Columbia is hosting a series of lectures by some of the world’s most distinguished architectural firms. Held in conjunction with the University Town competition for the creation of a new mixed use and sustainable community for the UBC campus, the lecture series is intended to explore the relationship between the academic realm and professional practice, and how the former has influenced the work of these firms. All lectures will be held at the Instructional Resource Centre (IRC) of the UBC Main Campus located at 2194 Health Sciences Mall. All lunch lectures will be held in Room 3 and evening lectures will be held in Room 6. Doors will be open 30 minutes prior to the lectures, and seating is limited.
