Running a successful design business can be a daunting endeavour, but have you considered what comes next? The panel will discuss their experience in building, sustaining, and positioning a design business with the future in mind. Learn how to develop and recruit a team that will grow with you, and what preparations you need to make for a successful exit. Find out how the panelists are navigating the different stages in their careers from one generation to the next.
This session will focus on helping designers determine next steps to futureproof their business.

Since 1972, The Toronto International Design Centre (TIDC) has been a place for the design community to source, connect, and grow. Conveniently located on Airport Road, the Centre is easily accessible by all major highways and offers ample free parking.
