The 2nd Annual Vancouver Arts Awards are now accepting nominations for your favourite established or emerging artist. The awards have seven categories: design arts, culinary arts, visual arts, media and recording arts, performing arts, writing and publishing, and philanthropy, and honour the creativity of Vancouver artists. Visit www.vancouverartsawards.ca for nomination forms, criteria and last year’s winners, including Arthur Erickson, MAIBC, in the design arts category. Deadline for nominations in May 6, 2005.
