2016 Toronto Design Offsite Festival registration closes October 2

The Toronto Design Offsite Festival (TO DO) is an annual city-wide platform for the exhibition and engagement of design in Toronto. Join the Festival to become a part of an exciting network of creative people, exhibitions, events, and a captive audience of designers and design-lovers. Last year, 78 different public events and exhibitions were on offer, from workshops to experimental installations to prototypes to design parties and curated exhibitions, featuring the work of nearly 400 designers and artists.
Independently produced events, exhibitions and window installations are integral to the Festival’s structure. All are welcome who want to present, discuss, demonstrate, or exhibit design in any field and/or related disciplines. Exhibitors can include academic and cultural institutions, design businesses, independent designers and students. Exhibitors are responsible for arranging their own venue in the city of Toronto, including spaces such as galleries, studios, workshops, cafés, schools, cinemas and businesses.
The 6th annual TO DO Festival runs January 18-24, 2016. Window installations must run for the entire week, events and studio tours must take place during week, and exhibitions must run during some part of the week. Installations and exhibition can start before and/or end after Festival Week.
