2009 Toronto Society of Architects Green Design Poster Competition
Registration for the TSA’s annual poster competition is currently underway. To date, over 40 international teams have registered from countries including Japan, the Netherlands, Brazil, the USA, Spain, Germany, Brazil, India, Israel, South Africa, and Canada.
The purpose of the 2009 Green Design Poster Competition is to produce an image that draws attention to the value of green design, and that illustrates how design can enhance economic, social, and ecological sustainability. Designs may use any form of photography, illustration, collage or typography, provided no copyrights are violated in the design. Intellectual property rights (copyright and moral rights) of the poster design submissions will remain with the designers. Posters must be A1 size (594 x 841 mm / 23.4 x 33.1 inches).
The competition is open to everyone, regardless of age, profession, country of residence, etc, and everyone is encouraged to enter. In order to participate in the competition, interested individuals must submit completed registration forms to poster@torontosocietyofarchitects.ca by May 1, 2009. Submissions are due by May 11, 2009, and only electronic submissions will be accepted. Cash prizes will be awarded to the three top winners.
