Meanings in Architecture: The Early Works of George Baird 1957-1993

Taking place from February 2-April 2, 2012, this exhibition at the John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape and Design at the University of Toronto features the early works of prominent academic and practitioner George Baird. This event has been organized in conjunction with the upcoming symposium "George Baird: A Question of Influence," which is scheduled to take place March 9-10, 2012.

The opening reception for the exhibition takes place on Thursday, February 2, 2012 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Eric Arthur Gallery, located at 230 College Street in Toronto. The event also celebrates the publication of the newly released book Public Space: Cultural/Political Theory; Street Photography; An Interpretation by George Baird.
