Canadian Architect appoints new Editor


Canadian Architect is pleased to announce the appointment of Elsa Lam as Editor.

Ms. Lam brings ten years of architectural writing, editing and translation to her new role. She has written countless articles for architecture and design magazines, including Canadian Architect, as well as collaborated on the editing and writing of several books.

Ms. Lam also brings significant academic achievement to the position. Having commenced her architecture training at the University of Waterloo, she completed her post-professional Masters of Architecture at McGill and her Ph.D. in Architectural History and Theory at Columbia University in New York City. Her academic awards and distinctions are too numerous to list.

Most recently, Ms. Lam was working with the Canadian Centre for Architecture as lead project manager for a portfolio of exhibitions and public programs.
